Hello! I'm currently a Member of Technical Staff at Cerebras, working on developing a compiler and automatic microcode generator for a brand new hardware system meant to accelerate scientific computing and deep learning workloads.
Previously, I completed my Ph.D. in Computational and Mathematical Engineering at Stanford. I graduated with my B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia with a Combined Honours in Mathematics and Computer Science.
My graduate research was largely focused on developing and analyzing algorithms for large-scale computation, such as iterative solvers for linear systems and algorithms for large-scale optimization. Some specific interests include:
I was previously a member of Computational Consulting (C2).
Aside from academics, I've been playing tennis and practicing Taekwondo for several years.
